SEM is one of the leading companies in international trading of clinker and cement and exports several different kinds of cement and clinker like ordinary portland cement, white cement, and other special type of clinker and cement and slug.

SEM exports iron and steel products manufactured in Turkey, imports scrap and also does international trading of these products for its customers worldwide.

SEM, since its establishment has been in the export-import of petrochemcial products such as light and heavy naphta, pvc, ldpe, hdpe, edc and PA and has become specialized in this field.

SEM has been in international trade of sack kraft paper and timber for many years and imported high quality sack kraft paper and other types of paper, mainly from Europe and exported several sizes of paper and other types of sacks from Turkey.

SEM has represented several companies in the defense industry, in Turkey and implemented the sales of these products directly or through tenders.

Among other activities of SEM, there are export and import of machinery and equipment mainly in the field of agriculture and textiles, import of mobile hospitals and hospital equipment, floating marinas, advanced security systems. SEM has been the representative and consultant of many international firms and realized turn-key World Bank projects.
